Cross Roads has not, in the past, had a habit of  hosting small groups in our homes. HOWEVER, all that is about to change! Starting in the Fall of 2026, it is our hope to have several strategically placed small groups in our communities (Anderson, Frankton, Chesterfield, Daleville, Edgewood, etc.). We want to be the door, through life groups within our local communities, that people choose to walk through--although they may not grace the door of our church (or might be afraid to).

We will initially be implementing Alpha, as a means of introducing our local communities to Christ Jesus. This means all are welcome and have safe harbor to fellowship, share a meal, and share/learn about Christ. Questions are welcomed--ALL are welcomed.

In the past, the Church has sometimes squelched questions regarding the Christian faith, as if it were a "taboo" subject. Frankly, we believe that squelches the work of the Holy Spirit and stifles the soil intended for the foundational growth of faith. At Cross Roads, we desire to be good, fertile soil, where the roots of faith can take hold--without rocky ground, scorching sun, or relentless weeds. It is our hope that newly formed CRLG (Cross Roads Life Groups) will bring life to our communities!

Part of the Christian life is fellowship, accountability, mentoring, and of course--relationships. This life is preparation for the next, so it's imperative we learn not just solo--but in community, where we "do life." When we "do life" together, we form bonds that make even the toughest parts of life do-able, easier to bear, that we might stand-up under the weight of struggles. Not only do we share each others' burdens, but we celebrate together, with laughter over shared meals, events, and celebratory events in our lives.
