Cross Roads Staff

The staff at Cross Roads Anderson believes in the power of Jesus to influence and change our hearts and lives. Therefore, as Colossians 3:17 says, "And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him." We have the deepest desire to love and follow Jesus with all that we have--and obedience in following Him is the key that allows us to be His instruments!

Cheryl and I were sitting on our front porch the other evening enjoying the cool of the day. As the sun was going down, we could hear some distant neighbors enjoying a few fireworks. The holiday weekend is among us.

With our Independence Day celebrations about to unfold around us, we will talk about some of our solid roots within the United Methodist Church. Join us on Sunday as we study I John 4:7-12 together.

Please keep in mind that we will only have one worship service this Sunday. We will meet at 10 in the morning. Do not come in time for the service you normally attend. We will only have a 10:00 service this week.

We will also have an all-church holiday picnic following our service. Come and enjoy a taste of the holiday with your church.

Dear friends, we are blessed,

PaRick
