I present scripture to the youth and help guide them on the path of being a Christian in any way I can.

As a Youth Director I want to make sure all the youth know what love is and how God shows us love. My focus is to make the kids have fun and to spread the love of Jesus to everyone.

As the Nursery Director I take care of the children at Crossroads within the nursey located inside the church.

My duties as the Director are teach the children of Crossroads the word of God. I also try to make sure they have a good understanding of who Jesus Christ is and what He has done for them.
Richard Geisler
Praise band Director since 2019
I am responsible for programming, rehearsing, and leading music for our weekly worship services. I enjoy programming around the liturgical calendar, so although what we do throughout the year is primarily contemporary worship music, some of my favorite traditions include our Christmas Concert Band and Choir in the month of December and our Irish Band for St. Patrick’s Sunday! William Cowper once penned that “variety is the spice of life.” Consider the music at Cross Roads to be well-seasoned!

My role requires playing for weekly services. This includes a congregational singing with hymns, and a contemporary service in which I play piano or fill in with other instruments on occasion.

Choir Director Since 2022
I choose hymns for the first service then during the summer I am responsible for the music since the praise band is on break.
Joshua Stowers
Audio/Visual Director since 2018
I work on the in-service audio and visual coordination, allowing the service to be as effective as possible. I also work on videos and publication of the sermons online.
Pam Flesher
Treasurer/Business Admin Since 2012
As treasurer/business admin I am responsible for making sure all bills are paid, payroll is competed and answer any budget questions. I also answer the phone on the days that nobody else is in the office. I enjoy working here because I feel like I am representing the spirit of the family of Cross Roads each day.
