Cross Roads Staff

The staff at Cross Roads Anderson believes in the power of Jesus to influence and change our hearts and lives. Therefore, as Colossians 3:17 says, "And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him." We have the deepest desire to love and follow Jesus with all that we have--and obedience in following Him is the key that allows us to be His instruments!

Cheryl and I were sitting at an intersection the other day. The light actually turned green. Before I could respond and move my car forward, I watched a car run his red light and fill the intersection when it was not his turn. I was glad that all the drivers around me were alert and no accident happened that day.

In this week’s lesson, Paul reminds us to be alert in our prayers. When we follow that advice, we will avoid a few spiritual accidents in our life. Join us on Sunday as we study Colossians 4.2-6 together.

And be sure to keep alert as you pray and as you drive.

Dear friends, we are blessed,

PaRick
