A small short wind burst blew through our section of town on Monday morning. Now many of the trees at Shady Side Park and a few trees on our land are no longer standing. No buildings or people were harmed. Plenty of trees are broken apart.  

In this week’s lesson, Israel thought that they were going to be quickly destroyed as they stood firm. God showed them a creative answer to their problem. Join us on Sunday as we study Exodus 14:19-28 together.  

As a public service announcement: The Anderson HS marching band will host their annual ice cream social at the Highland Middle School this evening from 6 to 7:30. The band will perform this year’s marching show at 8:00. Come and enjoy the work that our praise band director, Mr. Geisler, has accomplished with this year’s marching band.
